WIP Wednesday – A Finish & A Start, or A WIP, You Decide

This week started off wonderful, mainly because I woke up Monday morning at Seashore Campsites in Cape May, New Jersey! My favorite place in the world. Well, actually my favorite place in the world would be either Galway, Ireland or Chang Mai, Thailand. But since I can’t easily get to either of those two places, my favorite place to vacation, relax, & hang out on a regular basis is Cape May, New Jersey.

Here is how I started my day Monday morning:

Who could ask for more? Needless to say over this past weekend, Monday and Tuesday I did get a lot of stitching in, maybe not as fast as I normally do because I was also talking and visiting with family, but I still managed to get quite a bit done. I have successfully completed the month of April in the Year of Celebrations series, and have now started on May.

This is what the finished April pattern looks like:

This is where I’ve started with May:

So the question is do I consider April a finish and May a new start or is this all one big work in progress that won’t be complete until I’ve finished all 12 months?

Thanks for reading and happy stitching!

  1. I’m not sure 🤔 sorry. Glad your thumb is doing better for stitching. I finally had time to catch up and read you blog posts. I was pretty behind but that’s just because my stitching bug has been going crazy meaning less time for me sitting down and reading my stitching/crafting blogs. Happy stitching 😁
