Happy Wednesday! I hope this finds you well and enjoying the first week of the new year. This week I am so excited to say that I have finished Happily Ever After, the 2017 Stitch Along by The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery!
While I had hoped that I would finish this before the new year, I actually put the final stitches in yesterday, so the official finish date is January 2, 2018. Still, this project has been the most enjoyable cross stitching experience I’ve had in a long time. This was my first stitch along and it was my first time with The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery and I love them both. Even though I got behind on the monthly installments, there was so much joy in stitching each and every section of this project. In the future, I might single out certain motifs to make individual ornaments, especially Pride & Prejudice.
Right now, I’m not sure how I’m going to finish this, my thoughts are framing or a wall hanging, either way, I will treasure it for many years. Take a look at how I captured the memory of this project using the ProjectLife app on my iPhone:
As I decide on what project to start next, while waiting for the 2018 Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery Stitch Along, Into The Jungle, to begin, here is a video slideshow I made of my journey through Happily Ever After:
Thanks for checking in & happy stitching!
