Happy Wednesday! I hope this finds you well and enjoying life. In case you haven’t noticed, I’m taking a little bit of a break from blogging & social media. No particular reason except that I felt I needed to step away from the digital world and focus on a few other things in my life for a while. However, I still want to keep up with my weekly stitching update, for my own purpose as well as sharing with other stitchers, so here is what I’ve been stitching since last Wednesday.
The April block for 2018 Into The Jungle SAL by The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery was released on the first of the month and this adorable Tiger is just too cute for words. I was able to finish the block and work some more on the top border, before putting the piece away.
Also, this month I have strayed from my original plans. I did intend to have a new start, but, I’m not starting the piece I had planned. I have been itching this week to work on another Mill Hill kit. So I decided to pull out Moonstuck. This is a larger kit than the magnets I have been doing and I originally, intended to work this piece in September/October, but I just really wanted to start it now. So perhaps it will be fully finished and able to display as part of my fall/Halloween decorations.
Here’s a look at my first few stitches:
Well, that’s my stitching update. Make sure you check back next week to see how everything is going.
Thanks for checking in & happy stitching!
The tiger is super cute and the colours for the new project look intriguing.
